March 2018 Winner’s Gallery – CPC Portrait Awards

Portrait Awards March 2018

Welcome to the CPC Portrait Awards March Winner’s Gallery. This was the very first Monthly Portrait Contest we organized so far.

We have received many wonderful submissions, yet one photographer definitely stood out. We want to congratulate Anna Salek for winning CPC Portrait Awards, March 2018.

Winner of the March 2018 - Izzy-Anna Salek-UK

WINNER – “Izzy” by Anna Salek, UK

“Anna’s photograph was the one that caught my eyes immediately, it is the mix of simple setting and unusual haunting subject. It is very hard to keep things simple but not make them forgettable. And that is the very extra something that makes the good portraits outstanding. We received many aesthetically appealing portraits but this one truly stood out. Anna knows how to spice things up, with many haunting details that give the personalities of her subjects. You cannot just glance at her winning portrait, something draws you back again and again”. – Marko Nadj, The Judge
